She’s passionate about helping dancers unlock their full potential through strength, flexibility, mindset, and nutrition. Hannah’s approach combines expert guidance with practical tools to empower every dancer to achieve their goals.


Nicole SabellaNicole Sabella is a nutrition and wellness coach passionate about helping dancers fuel their bodies and nurture their well-being. She provides practical guidance and strategies to support strength, recovery, and confidence. Nicole’s mission is to empower dancers to feel energized, balanced, and at their best every day.



Frances CollierFrances Collier is a former professional dancer turned bodyworker and injury mentor. She is passionate about helping dancers navigate recovery, rebuild strength, and regain confidence after setbacks. Through her guidance, Frances empowers dancers to overcome both the physical and emotional challenges of injury, transforming obstacles into opportunities for growth and renewed love for their art.
